Brian Collister is an award-winning investigative reporter and founder of the Austin-based Investigative Network. For more than 20-years, Brian has specialized in uncovering fraud, corruption and government wrongdoing. His investigations have resulted in criminal convictions of public officials, passage of new laws and embezzled public funds being returned to taxpayers. In 2017, Brian’s investigative work was recognized with the prestigious Albert I. duPont Columbia University award. He recently co-produced an investigative documentary “The Hit” with fellow investigative reporter Chris Halsne which has been playing on the festival circuit and now has a distribution deal. Brian is currently directing and producing his first feature length investigative documentary slated to premiere in 2023.
