Tricia Todd is a Los Angeles based director and producer. End of Truth is her third documentary film with partner Eric Matthies. Their last film, Killing the Messenger: The Deadly Cost of News was honored with a 2015 Edward R. Murrow Award and the 2015 National Headliner Award.
She also co-directed the film Agile, Mobile, Hostile: A Year with Andre Williams, about the rock legend Williams’ struggle with fame and addiction. Described as “Tragic and Triumphant” by the Documentary Channel, Agile, Mobile, Hostile premiered at SXSW and was an official selection at AFI, Raindance, Noisepop and Rockumenti Fest. Tricia’s other work includes the inspiring short form documentary Ayamye, a film about bicycles as sustainable, empowering transportation in rural villages in Ghana. The film was nominated for the Social Justice Fund at the Santa Barbara International Film Festival in 2007.
