Nicole Salazar is a filmmaker and journalist. She is a co-creator and producer of the Independent Lens documentary series Philly D.A. and recipient of the 2021 Sundance Institute Amazon Studios Producers Award for Non-Fiction Filmmaking. Previously Nicole was a producer for the investigative series Fault Lines on Al Jazeera and a multimedia and television producer for the independent daily news program Democracy Now!
