Lindsey Sitz is a documentary filmmaker on The Washington Post‘s video team. She is the creator of a 10-part original docu-series Throwback Thursday, which recreates real people’s formative life experiences via stop motion animation, puppetry and actors. She is passionate about long-form documentary storytelling as a mechanism for understanding and change, as well as utilizing creative visuals to make the most impact.
