Lauren Pabst (she/her) is a Senior Program Officer at the John D. and Catherine T. MacArthur Foundation, where she works on the Foundation’s grantmaking in support of Nonfiction Multimedia Storytelling and Professional Nonprofit Reporting. Prior to joining the Foundation in 2012, she worked in the documentary film field, including with Rada Studio, Black Public Media, and Public Policy Productions.
