Double Exposure Investigative Film Festival
Edward Pease is an adjunct professor at Anne Arundel Community College, where he teaches Film Production and Video Editing. In addition to his academic work, Edward has extensive professional experience in video editing, with clients including Johns Hopkins University, the Gettysburg Film Festival, and the National Institutes of Health.
Edward is also an accomplished sound recordist. He served as the primary sound mixer on the feature film Incubation and on the award-winning documentary short Ms. Wille, which received recognition from the Saul Zaentz Innovation Fund in 2025.
His areas of expertise include sound recording, mixing, and post-production, as well as video editing and visual effects. He has hands-on experience with a wide range of technologies, including Blender, Unreal Engine, 360° video, virtual reality, augmented reality, and AI-driven media. He is currently working on a short animated film that incorporates many of these emerging technologies.
Edward holds an M.A. in Film and Media Production, with a focus on Sound Design and Immersive Storytelling through Emerging Technologies. He is excited to be collaborating once again with the Double Exposure Investigative Film Festival, where he previously filmed and edited panel discussions.
