Dana Green

Senior Counsel

Dana Green is Senior Counsel at The New York Times Company. She advises on newsroom matters, including newsgathering and investigations, conducts prepublication review, and litigates libel, Freedom of Information, intellectual property, and other matters. Prior to joining The Times, she was with the First Amendment and media law practices at Ballard Spahr LLP and Levine Sullivan Koch & Schulz LLP. She received her law degree from Columbia Law School where she was a Hamilton Fellow.
