With an unwavering commitment to exploring pressing societal issues, her latest feature film BREAKING THE WEST captures how the Kremlin uses oligarchs to execute active measures on the West.

Her other recent work covers the pandemic response, race and health, environmental challenges, threats to democracy, and the perils of disinformation. In her previous role as the Senior Vice President of Development and Production at National Geographic Channel, Hunnicutt contributed to and oversaw hundreds of documentaries, including acclaimed films about the State Department, Secret Service, Air Force One, and the Academy Award–nominated Trouble the Water, along with launching hit series including Locked Up Abroad, Alaska State Troopers, Wicked Tuna, and Dog Whisperer.
