Amelia O’Rourke-Owens received her Juris Doctor summa cum laude from North Carolina Central University. She’s worked in community economic development, consumer protection, and programmatic implementation. The unifying thread in Amelia’s career is maximizing impact with minimal resources. She has built statewide systems, moved federal policy portfolios, and published two law review articles. Amelia spends her time consulting with nonprofits, institutions, and organizations that want to meet the moment.
