After making the bold decision to speak out against her NDA, Ashley Kostial has focused her efforts on turning her personal experience with workplace assault and corporate intimidation into advocacy for those who find themselves in similar circumstances. Ashley has shared her story in various publications including Business Insider, Bloomberg News and The Wall Street Journal. Ashley’s story is also featured in the recently released documentary film My NDA. She plans to expand her advocacy leveraging this platform.
