Jeremiah Schofield is a senior executive with more than 25 years of experience leading enterprise operations, organizational modernization, and workforce development across federal government, local government, and nonprofit sectors. He currently serves as Chief Administrative Officer for HELP USA, where he oversees Information Technology, Human Resources, Procurement, and Realty & Leasing for one of the nation’s largest human services nonprofits, supporting more than 1,300 employees, 70+ programs and sites, and 1,000+ vendor relationships.
Prior to HELP USA, Jeremiah held multiple Senior Executive Service roles at the Social Security Administration, where he led nationwide operations, digital modernization, and service delivery initiatives supporting more than 80 million customers annually. His federal career included oversight of multi-billion-dollar budgets, large-scale automation programs, and fraud prevention efforts that recovered hundreds of millions of dollars for taxpayers.
In 2026, Jeremiah became a whistleblower after filing a legal disclosure to Congress detailing a plan he witnessed within the Social Security Administration to misuse the agency’s death records for immigration enforcement purposes. His disclosure prompted a congressional investigation led by Senators Elizabeth Warren and Richard Blumenthal and drew national media attention.
An executive coach and elected local official, Jeremiah has coached more than 100 leaders across government, nonprofit, and private-sector organizations. He holds an MBA from City University of Seattle, executive education credentials from Harvard Kennedy School, and a coaching certification from the College of Executive Coaching.
